Election Commission of India to announce the poll schedule for West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Kerala and UT of Puducherry at 4 pm.
If the schedule is announced, the model code of conduct for the elections will come into force with immediate effect. So, the restrictions on carrying money with valid documents, etc, will also come into force.
