Failure to wear life jackets led to deaths

The boat staff did not provide these life-saving jackets to the passengers.The video shows tourists screaming in fear for their lives and trying to escape. It is recorded that after water entered the boat, the life jackets, which were hastily tied up, were untied and distributed to passengers. Many passengers are also seen screaming without wearing life jackets.
