Additional District Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar, based in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, has had 97 pending criminal cases withdrawn from his court by the District Judge. This decision follows a period in which Judge Diwakar handed down death sentences to 22 individuals across 10 separate criminal cases over the past four months.
