CPM state secretary P. Shanmugam has accused the DMK government of lacking transparency regarding the proposed Parandur airport project. He questioned why the administration withheld the feasibility study report submitted by the expert committee led by Machendranathan throughout its entire tenure.
Shanmugam demanded that the government explain its reasons for concealing the findings of the expert committee. He further criticized the state's handling of the matter, asserting that the government has failed to act with the necessary openness and accountability.
