Naam Tamilar Katchi coordinator Seeman has suggested that the Omandurar Government Hospital could be relocated if the government deems it necessary to establish a new secretariat at that site. He proposed that the existing hospital premises be repurposed for the secretariat building.
Questioning the necessity of the project, Seeman raised concerns over the financial burden of constructing a new secretariat while the state is already grappling with significant debt and interest payments.
