Exit polls predict a comfortable majority for the DMK-led alliance in Tamil Nadu, with projections placing the M.K. Stalin-led front at 145–160 seats in the 234-member Assembly. The AIADMK+ combine is expected to settle in opposition with 50–65 seats.
Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, contesting its first-ever election, is forecast to win around 10 seats. Votes will be counted on May 4.
