Neymar’s final international appearance occurred during the recent FIFA World Cup, where Brazil was eliminated by Norway in the Round of 16. Having returned to the team after a long absence, he managed to score one goal during the tournament. Since his debut in 2010, Neymar has earned 130 caps and scored 80 goals, retiring as Brazil’s all-time leading international goalscorer.
