Anvay Dravid and Aaryavir Sehwag, the sons of cricket legends Rahul Dravid and Virender Sehwag, have been selected for the India Under-19 squad. They will participate in the upcoming series against Australia, which is scheduled to begin on September 18.
The BCCI Men’s Selection Committee announced the squads for a series featuring three One-Day matches and two Multi-Day fixtures. The matches will be hosted in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, showcasing a new generation of talent alongside established prospects.
Goa all-rounder Chigurupati Venkata has also been named to the ODI squad following a strong domestic season. Venkata earned his spot after recording 49 wickets and 380 runs across four major tournaments last year.
