Opposition leader Udhayanidhi Stalin has launched a sharp critique against Chief Minister Vijay, accusing him of leveling baseless allegations against the DMK. Stalin stated that the opposition remained silent during the first 15 minutes of the debate on police grants, only for the Chief Minister to subsequently attack the DMK without providing any evidence.
Stalin noted that he had previously advised the Chief Minister to act as if his party, the TVK, is already in power, urging him to focus on constructive governance rather than blaming the DMK. He further alleged that Chief Minister Vijay continues to speak as if the DMK government is still in office.
