Anticipation is building in the Tamil film industry as several high-profile movies prepare for theatrical releases ahead of Diwali, which falls on November 8. Major titles are scheduled to hit screens on November 5 and 6.
Suriya’s action-comedy 'Scene,' directed by Jithu Madhavan and co-starring Nazriya and Naslen, is set for release on November 6. On the same day, director Sundar C’s 'Mookuthi Amman 2' will premiere, featuring Nayanthara reprising her role as the goddess alongside Regina Cassandra and Yogi Babu in a fantasy-devotional production.
Additionally, the pan-Indian release 'Ramayana: Part 1,' directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, is scheduled for November 5. The film, which will be released in a Tamil-dubbed version, is expected to be a significant contender in the Diwali box office competition.
