President Trump announced that a recent meeting, while yielding agreement on most points, failed to resolve the critical nuclear issue. As a direct consequence, the United States Navy will immediately commence blockading all ships attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz.Trump stated that this blockade will remain in effect until a policy of "all being allowed to go in, all being allowed to go out" is established. He accused Iran of hindering this by claiming the presence of unknown mines, characterizing this as "world extortion" that the United States will not tolerate. He further instructed the U.S. Navy to interdict any vessel in international waters that has paid an illegal toll to Iran, emphasizing that such payments will not guarantee safe passage. Additionally, the U.S. will begin destroying mines reportedly laid by Iranians in the Strait. Trump issued a stark warning: "Any Iranian who fires at us, or at peaceful vessels, will be BLOWN TO HELL!"Trump asserted that Iran's nuclear ambitions have already devastated their country, leading to the destruction of their Navy, Air Force, and anti-aircraft/radar systems, alongside the deaths of Khomeini and many of their "Leaders." He concluded by stating the blockade would begin shortly, with other countries also involved.
