TNHB Undergoing a Major Reform

Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) will soon shift all its services and property sales to online platforms. Housing and urban development minister B Rajkumar directed officials to digitise the board’s operations to improve transparency and make services more accessible to the public. Rajkumar said unsold housing units and plots across various schemes in the state should be brought under an online sales platform to enable the public to buy them quickly and without procedural hurdles. He also instructed officials to ensure all TNHB services and future schemes are delivered exclusively through digital platforms.
