Relying solely on the people, without depending on anyone else, we stood boldly in the electoral arena.Under the guise of neutrality and criticism, we were presented with masked insults and slanders.
But those to whom we came into politics to repay our debt of gratitude... our own Tamil Nadu people, have always supported us with motherly affection – and continue to do so.With that motherly affection, they have given us immense love and abundant votes in this election.
We called this election a miraculous election that has shaken the Indian political landscape. It has been proven in various ways.Although there were numerous factors, the children who guided their families with their deep affection have become one of the profound reasons for this miraculous election.This election, for a great change, was not just a victory for our Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in the political battle. It was also the emotional democracy lovingly nurtured in the hearts of the people of Tamil Nadu.
That is why the money-power, which had become a threatening political culture in Tamil Nadu, was deeply dug up and buried.Through this, it has been deeply and emphatically proven that Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam is a major primary force for change, a political movement. It is the profound truth that all those with a fair and honest view will accept this as it is.
