Amid renewed tensions between Iran and the United States, an Iranian newspaper named 'Hamshahri' has published a list of 13 world leaders it claims Iran has targeted for revenge following the death of its former Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The individuals named in the list are: US President Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, CENTCOM Commanders General Michael Erik Kurilla / Brad Cooper, Israeli Defense Minister Gantz, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, and Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir.
This publication follows a post on X (formerly Twitter) by Iran's current Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, on the 13th. He stated, "The names of those ugly, cruel criminals, from the highest-ranking to the lowest-ranking, who killed the leader, have been fully documented. Now they must take their dream of dying peacefully in their beds to their graves." However, the Iranian government has not issued any official statement regarding this list.
