The United States announced that it will fully withdraw all its troops from Iraq by September 30.
The military operation launched by the US in 2003 to overthrow Saddam Hussein is coming to a complete end after 23 years.
The US also stated that it will hand over all military bases in Iraq to the Iraqi government.
