DMK MLA K.K.S.S.R. Ramachandran questioned the government on the reduced length of the latest Revenue Department policy note. Pointing out that the previous document spanned over 400 pages, he asked whether the reduction in page count reflected a decline in policy substance or a fundamental flaw in the government's approach, noting that the party had campaigned on a platform of change.
Minister Sengottaiyan dismissed the criticism, asserting that neither the page count nor the government's objectives had diminished, and maintained that the current administration remains committed to fulfilling its goals. In response, Ramachandran countered that the public has been observing the government's performance for the past three months and argued that none of the promises made have been implemented.
