A high-level committee has been established to investigate complaints raised by members of the legislative assembly regarding the NLC corporation. Minister Keerthana informed the assembly that the government will take appropriate action against the NLC management if the committee’s findings confirm any wrongdoing.
The minister further emphasized that in any situation where farmers are adversely affected, the Chief Minister will consistently stand in support of the farming community.
