A political debate in Chennai was abruptly cancelled following a violent outburst directed at speaker Nanjil Sampath. The incident occurred after participants accused Sampath of making derogatory remarks against the DMK, leading to chairs being thrown at him.
Although security personnel attempted to intervene as individuals tried to attack him, the situation escalated rapidly. Due to the ongoing disruption and the throwing of chairs, organizers were forced to halt the event midway.
