India aims to establish its own space station by 2035, according to ISRO Chairman V. Narayanan. He confirmed that approval has already been granted for the first module of the proposed Bharatiya Antariksha Station.
Narayanan noted that these initiatives are being carried out under the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Alongside the ongoing Gaganyaan mission, ISRO is actively working on the development and construction of the national space station.
