Former Minister Sekar Babu has demanded that the names of the board of trustees be printed on the invitation for the upcoming consecration ceremony at the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple in accordance with legal requirements.
Minister Nirmal Kumar rejected the demand, stating that it is not possible to include the names of individuals on the invitation. In response to the refusal, Sekar Babu countered Minister Nirmal Kumar’s recent remarks—in which the minister claimed that more people have been destroyed by arrogance than by war—with a sharp rebuttal.
