The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has announced that entry will be free for spectators attending the Duleep Trophy 2026-27 final. The championship match between South Zone and East Zone is scheduled to take place at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai from September 6 to 10.
Fans can access the stadium through Gate 4 starting at 9 a.m. each day. Seating for the public has been designated in the C, D, and E lower stands of the venue.
South Zone, captained by Tilak Varma, qualified for the final after defeating North Zone by seven wickets. Their opponents, the East Zone team led by Ishan Kishan, secured their spot by overcoming Central Zone by four wickets in the semifinals.
