Madurai City Police Commissioner Rajendran has announced comprehensive security arrangements for the upcoming consecration ceremony at the Meenakshi Amman Temple. Approximately 6,500 police personnel have been deployed to ensure public safety and manage the event.
To enhance surveillance, authorities have installed over 400 CCTV cameras throughout the temple complex and surrounding areas. Commissioner Rajendran confirmed that all security measures are being implemented in full force to maintain order during the proceedings.
