The Madurai Central Crime Branch police have registered a case against 19 individuals, including two sub-registrars, in connection with the fraudulent registration of land belonging to the Meenakshi Amman Temple trust.
The investigation follows allegations that the temple trust's property was illegally registered. Authorities have initiated legal proceedings against all 19 suspects involved in the alleged land scam.
