TVK to revive free milch cow scheme

The TVK government has announced the revival of the AIADMK-era free milch cow scheme. The initiative aims to distribute approximately 10,000 cows to dairy farmers to increase milk procurement for Aavin. The state budget has allocated Rs. 57 crore to implement the program.
