Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay will chair a consultation meeting with Members of Parliament from the state to discuss the Union Government's proposed delimitation exercise. The meeting aims to evaluate the potential impact of the redrawing of constituencies on Tamil Nadu.
The session is scheduled for August 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM. It will be held in the meeting hall on the third floor of the Kalaivanar Arangam in Chepauk, Chennai. Invitations for the meeting are being issued to all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members from Tamil Nadu through the Tamil Nadu House in New Delhi.
