Chief Minister M.K. Stalin told the Legislative Assembly that he personally initiated talks with the Karnataka government to resolve issues, adding that he is prepared to endure any personal humiliation for the sake of the people of Tamil Nadu.
Responding to the statement, CPM MLA Chellaswamy argued that the Chief Minister is under no obligation to kneel before Karnataka. He further criticized the Chief Minister's remarks, stating that his willingness to accept such humiliation is an insult to the people of Tamil Nadu.
