CPI(M) state secretary K. Shanmugam has urged legislators to maintain decorum and avoid undignified behavior during assembly proceedings. He emphasized that representatives must conduct themselves with dignity regardless of whether sessions are being broadcast live.
With assembly proceedings now available to the public through live broadcasts, voters are closely monitoring the performance of their elected officials. Shanmugam noted that the public is now able to observe whether their representatives are actively participating in debates or sleeping during sessions.
