DMK President M.K. Stalin has announced a major organizational restructuring, increasing the number of party districts from 77 to 110. The decision follows recommendations submitted by the party's restructuring committee.
As part of this reorganization, the densely populated Sholinganallur constituency has been designated as a separate district. Stalin stated that the party, which operates on the core principles of policy, organizational structure, functionality, and brotherhood, consistently adapts to changing times. He further noted that the party has conducted 15 internal organizational elections to appoint office-bearers since its inception.
