Annamalai of the organization We The Leaders has urged the Chief Minister to take decisive action against corruption, following the Chief Minister’s recent Independence Day pledge to eradicate the issue. Speaking during an environmental awareness rally, Annamalai emphasized that the government must intensify its anti-corruption measures.
He further suggested that the Chief Minister should conduct review meetings even on weekends to maintain momentum. Annamalai warned that failing to do so could lead to a decline in interest among ministers and officials regarding the crackdown on corruption.
