The Madras High Court was informed today that police have granted permission for a motorcycle rally organized by the Dravidar Kazhagam to protest against the NEET examination. The event is scheduled to take place tomorrow.
The development follows a legal challenge filed by Dravidar Kazhagam vice-president Kali Poongundran, who moved the court after authorities initially denied permission for the demonstration. During the hearing, police representatives confirmed that the rally would be allowed to proceed.
