The Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) has filed a formal complaint with the Kallakurichi District Superintendent of Police, alleging that the crowd congestion during the recent Tamil National Resurgence Conference in Ulundurpet was a deliberate act of sabotage. Party members claim that anti-social elements orchestrated the chaos to create a security breach.
According to the complaint, these individuals incited the crowd and maneuvered a large number of people toward the stage simultaneously to manufacture a stampede-like situation. The party suspects this disruption was a calculated attempt to attack VCK leader Thol. Thirumavalavan and stated that they have obtained video evidence to support these allegations.
