The Communist Party of India (CPI) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)) have announced their seat-sharing arrangement for the upcoming by-elections. The CPI will contest the Dharapuram constituency, while the CPI(M) will field a candidate in the Madurantakam constituency.
CPI State Secretary Veerapandian confirmed the decision during a press briefing, outlining the parties' official stance on the electoral strategy for these seats.
