Assembly Sets Record for Longest Continuous Session

The Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly has set a historic record by conducting proceedings for nearly 10 hours without a break. This marks the first time in the history of the state assembly that such a continuous session has been held.

The session commenced at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 7:20 p.m., resulting in a total duration of nine hours and 50 minutes of uninterrupted legislative work.
