Union government launches salicylic acid facial washes

The union government has introduced facial cleansers containing salicylic acid aimed at treating dry, flaky and oily skin conditions. The products are offered in 60 ml tubes at two strengths: 1% salicylic acid tubes priced at Rs. 46.88 and 2% salicylic acid tubes priced at Rs. 65.63. According to information published alongside the announcement, these items are available for purchase under the PMBJP scheme through the Jan Aushadhi website and at Jan Aushadhi stores.
